Join our children’s summer reading challenge: Pages 4 Paws

This summer, Felius Cat Café invites young readers to curl up with a good book—and maybe a rescue cat or two!

Our Pages 4 Paws Summer Reading Challenge* is the purr-fect way to keep kids reading all summer long while rewarding them with time in our cozy cat lounge.

How it works:

1: Set your Goal

Choose a reading goal that feels like a challenge, not a chore. Pick the number of books or minutes that’s just right for you!

2: Start Reading

Read at home, at the park, or even at Felius (yes—reading with cats is encouraged!). We even have a recommended reading list.

3: Track Progress

Write each book or reading session down on your reading log (a reading log can downloaded below).

Bring your completed log to Felius Cat Café and choose your prize - either a 30 minute cat play session OR a chance to spin our prize wheel!

4: Get A Prize

Download our reading log to track your progress!

Use this template to track your books! It also includes a list of recommended, cat-related books to check meowt.

Pro tip: if you don’t have a printer at home, head to your local library. Most have printers that you can use, and they all have plenty of books to check out!

*Reader must be 6 years of age or older to enter playroom. All children also require the presence of an adult.

Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Paws-4-Pages Summer Reading Challenge (“Challenge”) constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

  • This Challenge is open to participants of all reading levels and ages; however, prize redemption is subject to age requirements for entry into the Felius Cat Cafe & Rescue playroom (see below).

  • The Challenge runs from the date of launch through August 31, 2025.

  • Reading logs must be submitted to Felius Cat Cafe & Rescue no later than August 31, 2025 to be eligible for prize redemption.

Prize Redemption:

  • Participants who complete their reading logs are eligible to receive one (1) gift certificate for a free 30-minute cat playroom session, or an alternate non-cat prize as selected by Felius staff.

  • This gift certificate is valid through December 31, 2025, after which it will expire and no longer be redeemable.

  • Certificates are non-transferable, may not be resold, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Certificates must be redeemed in-store at Felius Cat Cafe & Rescue and cannot be used for online bookings or purchases.

  • May not be combined with other vouchers, discounts, offers, or promotional packages.

Age and Safety Requirements:

  • All visitors must be at least 6 years old to enter the cat playroom—no exceptions.

  • Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult age 19 or older, who is legally able to sign a liability waiver on behalf of the minor and pay the normal rate to enter the playroom.

Additional Information:

  • Felius Cat Cafe & Rescue reserves the right to modify or cancel the Challenge or its associated rewards at any time without prior notice.

  • Felius staff have the right to refuse entry to the cat playroom for any reason, including safety concerns or failure to meet the age and waiver requirements.
