Playroom Reservations
Book a visit to meet our adorable, adoptable cats! Sip on a drink, cuddle with kittens, and maybe even find your new best feline friend. Not looking to adopt? No problem! Come and get your cat fix any time you like.
Important booking notes
Age Restrictions
Entrance to the cat playroom is restricted to ages 6+. No exceptions. Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (19+) who can legally sign a waiver.
Waiver
All guests entering the playroom must sign a waiver prior to entry. Click here to pre-sign and speed-up your check-in. For guests under the age of 19, an adult must sign the waiver on their behalf.
Booking Multiple People/Time Slots
Book individual sessions for each person in your group. Under the reservation, select the "Quantity" of members in your group.
Arrival & Parking
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Designated parking is only available in the lot directly to the west of our building. Please be respectful of our Dundee neighbors and only use this designated parking lot.
Entry Fees
Your entry fee goes toward cat care and ensuring the best possible experience for you and our feline friends. All reservations are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled using the link provided in your original confirmation email.
