Mural Sponsorship Disclaimer: By participating in the Felius Cat Cafe & Rescue Mural Sponsorship, sponsors acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Sponsorship contributions are donations to Felius Cat Cafe & Rescue (EIN: 82-3509908), a registered nonprofit organization, and are non-refundable. Sponsorship does not convey ownership of the artwork, the mural, or any intellectual property associated with the design.
The cat portrait included in each sponsorship is an original artistic interpretation created to complement the mural's overall design aesthetic, color palette, and style. While the artist will reference photos and descriptions provided by the sponsor to capture distinguishing features and markings, the final representation is not intended to be a photorealistic or life-like recreation of the sponsor's cat. All portraits are rendered in the mural's established artistic style, and the artist and Felius Cat Cafe & Rescue both retain creative discretion to ensure visual cohesion across the full mural. Sponsors acknowledge that the final artwork may differ from their expectations and agree that no refunds or modifications will be issued on the basis of artistic interpretation.
The mural is intended to remain on display on the west side of the building at 5015 Dodge Street Omaha, NE 68132 through the duration of Felius Cat Cafe & Rescue's current lease, April 2032, or until the organization ceases operations — whichever occurs first. Felius Cat Cafe & Rescue makes no guarantee that the mural will remain on display beyond these conditions, including in the event of lease termination, relocation, building alterations, or circumstances beyond the organization's control.
Felius Cat Cafe & Rescue reserves the right to make modifications to the mural as needed for maintenance, repair, or unforeseen circumstances. Sponsors will not be entitled to a refund or compensation in the event the mural is altered, damaged, or removed for any reason.
