Terms & conditions

1. These Membership Terms and Conditions are an agreement between the Monthly Cat Play Member and Felius Cat Café.

2. First month’s payment is required for sign up and is NOT refundable and non-transferable. All memberships paid monthly are not refundable in part or full after auto-draft has gone through under any circumstances. Memberships paid upfront are not refundable under any circumstances.

3. Membership of the Monthly Cat Play Program is personal and only available to persons over the age of 18. The membership and benefits cannot be used by anyone other than the individual members.

4. Membership will be confirmed via email and can only be redeemed through online appointments. Each member has a unique membership code which will be sent in the confirmation email. This membership code must be entered when making online reservations for the Cat Room. Walk-in appointments are not included.

5. All reservations for the Cat Room under the Monthly Cat Play Membership must be made in advance online (not in store).

6. In the event of misuse of the membership, Felius Cat Café reserves the right to terminate the member’s Monthly Cat Play Membership. Such misuse may include, but is not limited to, failure to pay membership fees, violation of Cat Room rules, violation of these Membership Terms and Conditions, criminal actions, and behavior which is disruptive or shows a lack of respect towards Felius Cat Café employees, patrons, or cats.

7. Felius Cat Café reserves the right to terminate the Monthly Cat Play Membership Program for any reason upon thirty (30) days notice to members. Any such notice will be sent via email.

8. Should the Monthly Cat Play Membership have to be discontinued due to conditions pertaining to any statute, laws, legislation, a court decision or a prohibition by applicable authorities, Felius Cat Café will not be held responsible for any losses to the individual member that may ensue from this termination. Felius Cat Café will, as reasonably possible, attempt to inform individual members as soon as possible if the circumstances described under this point should arise.

9. Members can cancel their membership of the Monthly Cat Play Membership at any time by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Felius Cat Café. Cancellation must be sent to the address below and will take effect thirty (30) days from the date on which Felius Cat Café receives notice of cancellation. If your next billing date is less than thirty (30) days from your notice date, you will be charged for one final month. Please write to bre@felius.org.

10. Felius Cat Café retains the right, without prior notification to individual members, to change the terms and conditions of the Monthly Cat Play Membership program. Any such changes will be published on Felius Cat Café’s website at https://felius.org/membership and will enter into effect thirty (30) days after the changes are posted, unless otherwise stipulated. Members are responsible for keeping informed about any changes to the Membership Terms and Conditions. In the event Felius Cat Café increases the price of Monthly Cat Play Membership fees, Felius Cat Café will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice by email of any such price increase, including when the price increase will take effect and how much the Monthly Cat Play Membership will cost after the increase. Members may terminate their membership pursuant to Section 8 if they do not agree with any changed terms and conditions or price increase. If a member does not terminate their membership prior to the effective date of any such change, then the member will be subject to the new Membership Terms and Conditions, including any price increase.

11. Monthly Cat Play Memberships are monthly memberships and members will be billed monthly until the membership is terminated. Members are responsible for maintaining a current email address, billing information, and contact information with Felius Cat Café.
